We explore together who you are and what makes you "tick." You develop more balance and self-knowledge so that well-being and control of your life increases. We collaborate to help you access your fundamental "Self" and reduce internal conflict, anxiety, depression and other problems along with reducing (self) blame, shame and troublesome patterns.
Internal Family Systems (IFS), a somatic/body-oriented perspective, and mindfulness/meditation - paying attention to what is here, now, with acceptance, understanding, compassion and care - are some of the lenses and tools I use to support healing and growth.
